Short Breaks
Short breaks are available all year round subject to availability.
Short breaks of 2 nights: 55% of weekly rate.
Short breaks of 3 nights: 70% of weekly rate.

Deposit
We require a £150 deposit to secure a booking (cash or cheque)
The total booking fee is payable (less £150 deposit) 6 weeks before arrival.

Changeover Day
Saturday is the usual changeover day, but we can be flexible depending on available dates. Arriving visitors are welcome from 2.00 pm and departing guests required to vacate the apartment by 10.30 am.
